Tuesday had a really awesome feel to it. Mums and I hit Target, the library, Publix, and the Hallmark store. When I was little, that Publix was a Win-Dixie and it was where Mums did 85% of our grocery shopping. (The Piggly Wiggly across the highway from our neighborhood was where she did most of the rest.) We used to do runs like that a lot when I was a kid and except for the complete absence of my brother, which happened when I was a kid (especially on the Win-Dixie trips because he had soccer or baseball) it reminded me a lot of them. Probably helped out quite a bit by the Publix Halloween stuff being the cheapest looking crap I've seen in a LONG time. Even the dollar store has higher standards.

Except for the 80 pound pumpkin. That was impressive.

Anyway, it was like being a kid again only this time I could buy things if I wanted to. Sort of. Bills have taken the place of my mother in the scenario where I beg to get something. "Please, electric bill, don't be too high because I really want this $3 ghost!"

Scream Queens episode 3 was a LOT better than the first two. I think the tone has evened out some and maybe they just wanted the first two episodes to be painfully over the top and set the stage for you to accept that everyone in this universe is a bleeding idiot.

On the Scentsy front, I have decided I dislike Autumn Sunrise but Mums Loooooooves it. So she may have it so long as she melts it in her room or when I'm not around. It mingled with Mandarin Moon and created one pocket in the hallway that was heaven on earth for me and the rest of the downstairs made me want to gag. You win some, you lose some.
