turkey day

Alas, I have apparently finally turned into one of those people whose eyes cannot take the whole "chopped onion" thing and I can't friggin see at the moment so here's hoping these are actual words and not just gibberish. Guess we'll find out when I can see more than just squiggly words (the tears, guys, the tears), huh?
Tomorrow is new Gilmore Girls day, which is exciting. I'm not really into braving the Black Friday sales AND I have to work, so that's... a thing. On the plus side, I don't have to work Sunday night, which means I can lurk and see what, if anything, AG is up to. I don't have a ton of money to spend, however, and I'm trying to use what I do have wisely/on other people. We'll see what happens, however. I'm debating getting something from TRU today and to get to free shipping, I'd have to snag something small and I think I found something for Mum's stocking, but I also keep thinking, "But do you really want the other thing? I mean, really?"
Any bets on whether Mums and I will be having dinner alone or if the boys will rally? My brother is notoriously always late and I think Widget's sick so... we'll find out, I guess.
I hope the people at work are in happier moods tonight because working on a holiday isn't any fun to begin with, but it is helped greatly by happier co-workers.
Anyway, I think my eyes are clearing just enough to post this.
