AG sale for May

If you're into such things, AG's got a sale going starting today for their Gold & Berry members and tomorrow for everyone else. Unless it's up and running for all anyway because their IT department is clearly in need of help. Link just in case. I noticed it just as I was about to head out for my walk, so I scrolled through, screenshot everything, and did a little shopping because I wanted Molly's Costco jammies which you can find here and figured I might as well pick up some other things. I'd say don't judge, but I still owe you lot pictures of Blaire and probably Melody as well so judge away.

The second page (if you're like me and set it to show you 72 items per page) is mostly books, Wellie random items, and girl sized stuff. Oh, and a couple of Bitty items. The first page is mostly BeForever (Historical? They're redoing the line come August and I'm pretty sure they're getting rid of the BeForever name) and Truly Me stuff.

I'm cheesed that they keep offering Melody's bed for $75 and yet if you live close enough to a store or hit their big sale, that sonofabitch goes for dirt cheap because Melody isn't selling. She's not selling even at dirt cheap. Let the ebay reselling fools try and scoop them up and re-sell because it likely won't work. I'd have bought the bed if they'd made it closer to the in store sale prices of the past... but I'm not paying double because you have to ship it to me. Sigh.

There's a fairly mixed amount of stuff on sale. Julie's got a couple of outfits (the peasant top outfit which I love as well as her newer holiday outfit), most of the beds are up on the chopping block again, and if you want PJs, I'd skip through and grab what you like. There's also a couple of the TM mix n match sets available. I actually picked one of them up because I liked every piece in it.

Just got my email so I guess it's officially live... two hours after I did my shopping. Don't screw me over, AG.

For those interested, I also grabbed Josefina's BF nightgown, Julie's holiday outfit, Maryellen's demonic deer punch set, Josefina's Festival Outfit (that one is in the monthly regular sale, not the ~special~ sale), and Luci's PJs which weren't part of the sale.

I kinda expected to feel a bit of buyer's remorse once I started out on my walk but those are all things I've had on my to buy/wish list for awhile. Molly's jammies I'd given up on because I figured that even if AG ever does bring her back in the half-assed way they've been doing lately, the PJs would remain a Costco exclusive. Josefina's Festival outfit is what I was going to use my last reward for, actually, since it's been all but confirmed that come August with the Historical revamp, Josefina and Kit are goners. That means I've been scooping up their stuff here and there whenever possible.

I do wonder if everyone is getting new pajamas though, considering that of the 11 Historical dolls, two don't have PJs (Felicity/Kaya), and of the remaining characters, only Rebecca, Julie, and Kit don't have theirs on sale. Kit's were on sale last month though, I think, and are showing limited quanities which just leaves Julie's (my eyes are bleeding) and Rebecca's as possibly safe. But Rebecca's bed has been gone for awhile and Julie's is on sale so... *shrug* Long story short, I don't see AG getting rid of pajamas as an option considering they tend to be one of the cheaper options and getting your doll ready for bed is a universal thing. Just like I don't see them ever not having holiday outfits for everyone, even if you kinda have to stretch it a little for say, Kaya.

Kinda excited about this order. But mostly because Molly's Write to Sleep PJs are so cute I'm gonna die.
