So last night I got to put out Halloween stuff at work. Nothing super exciting but the storm earlier in the day seemed to have sent a lot of people home, so I had time to pick anything I wanted before putting it out. Well. In theory. There were a few things I'd have been happy to buy but didn't have the money, space, or faith that the cats would not fuck it up so, y'know.

But I'd been eyeballing the Squishmallow blind bag capsule things since I peeked in the box earlier in the week. If you're into such things and find a fresh box, you're guaranteed a full set.

I debated the pros and cons all week and then last night I caved. I grabbed four and prayed not to get either of the ones I was super not interested in (the spider and the vampire), and hoped for the four I most wanted (the candy corn bat, Tangie the orange bat, the kitty ghost, and the red devil)...

I started strong: The kitty ghost! The devil! Annnnnnd then I got the froggy witch and decided to open the other one at home. Had Mom send good vibes to it. Had Boa do the same. When the boys were out and about I had them do so as well, though Loki did give me the look of, "you do realize how foolish you're being, right?"

Tangie! :D Since she was the one I most wanted (to go with big Tangie), I was super happy to get her. :D While I'd like the other two (candy corn bat and the skelly) I don't want them enough to risk the other two.


I'm not entirely sure it was worth blowing most of my rewards cash on, I'm still pretty happy with my haul.
