So, no Ophelia for us. I'm not going to complain, though I'll be upset if we don't get at least a nice breeze out of the deal.
Need shoes. Need to shoe shop today or tomorrow. I'm not exactly looking forward to this because shoe shopping is a circle of hell for me. One of the lower ones, I think. See, I do not have cute tiny feet. So there's the work involved finding a size that might fit, and then if it does, you also have to consider the, "clown shoes?" angle. This is only an issue when shopping for the shoe since I hate parting with money. You'd never know from the way I seem to throw it away on other things, but I really hate parting with my money. But I hate shopping for shoes more, so I don't waffle once I find a pair that fits, doesn't look like crap, and doesn't make me wonder if I should be crammed into a tiny car with twelve other people.
Did I mention how much I really don't want to shoe shop? I don't think I did. Hrmm.
Killed a bunch of moths. I'd feel bad about this only I remember Speedy, the bloodthirsty hamster. She hated moths. Or maybe she really liked them as a snack. I dunno. But she'd get this look if she found a pair mating in her cage. And then she'd kill them. With feeling. Speedy was a special hamster with an incredibly lame name that noone in my family came up with. [we rescued her] I live an extremely exciting life, I know. Stop with the jealousy, kay? It's a little overwhelming. *cough*
Off to contemplate stuff. And finish The Royal Treatment. Which I suggest you read. Really.
please don't tell me everything is wonderful now
Oh! I almost forgot. Yesterday my poster still didn't show up, but I did get a DVD with the pilot episodes for Everybody Hates Chris and How I Met Your Mother. Yay for good surprises!
