So. Reading Danse Macabre and for the most part, I'll be honest, I don't notice spelling mistakes. Really. I can't spell to save my life. I only remember to spell check half the time, and my inability to spell my way out of a wet paper sack means I generally don't know when something is mispelled. However, I do notice some things.

It was a problem that only diplomacy, witty banter, and sly sedcuction could manuevuer us through.

Odds are good not so much spelling as typo, but enough that my brain kept tripping over it. Fun!

The tweaked opening [I think it was] didn't enflame my brain as much as it did before, but parts of it did. *strangles delusional Laurell/Anita*

And I meant to mention this yesterday, but at the library I snagged four Charmed books from the paperback exchange thing. Remind me to look through and find some to leave for them.

Oh, Danse Macabre, the book with NO BAD GUY, NO PLOT and LOTS OF POINTLESS SEX. By the end of the book you too shall want to firebomb the author's house.

I think I'm halfway through and it's a toss up on whether my brain will survive. On the one hand, no plot that I can see. On the other hand, there's also no promise of a plot I'd rather be reading about. [Incubus Dreams I think had a plot bunny that was drowned by the six hundred pages of sex and angst.] Soooo. Hmm.

I would like to know why everyone is always apologizing to Anita when she's wrong. And a list of who the hell these people are, cuz I don't remember half of them.
