Figures. I called out sick because a) I feel like crap and b) I was so tired that getting out of bed and stumbling to the bathroom to change involved me actually having to talk myself through it. I was that tired. So I thought I'd be able to sleep and maybe I could sleep my way out of whatever this is. Instead, I am unable to sleep. My room is too hot. My room is too cold. My TV has nothing on, but I am unable to turn the blasted thing off because instead of watching last week's Dresden Files, which I was all atwitter over, I am physically unable to tear myself away from the wacky hijinks of Disney. Anytime I did, I ended up on Comedy Central and once more wondered how people can stand massive doses of Sarah Silverman. Funny in small doses, but once you hit the five minute mark, I'm usually beyond amused and back to puzzled. Exceptions made for Greg The Bunny, but I will excuse much for my love of Seth Green. Then it was back to Disney. I finally managed to drag myself away when I somehow managed to throw the remote behind my bed. I'd like to think it was my last thread of sanity asserting itself and trying desperately to save the rest of me.
The mini army is slowly playing catch up, though once more I find that there's probably a reason I tend to leave many of the normal sized Pullip accessories in the box. That way I won't know when they immediately fall apart. See little Jupi's helmet or little Cornice's hat losing a ribbon before I'd even managed to take it out of the box. Oi. Miss Cornice has some funky hair and Raphia reminds me of someone I know and only occasionally like. However, adorable they are.

The army has grown and is almost even with the Pullips and company. If you count just the Pullips, then the minis win, little plastic hands down. However, Pullip calls the DALs and her boytoys to her side as they'll probably never be enough to start their own little army of rebellion.
If you pondered which of the minis I favor, I direct you to the triplets. The Pandas are tied in second along with the Purezzas, both sets. If I had the money, I'd twin Froggy [she loses points for the whole broken in half thing] and Aloalo, simply because I think she's easily the most underrated of 'em all. Which is saying something since the little Pullips are the misfits of the Pullip community.

Those are the ones I've yet to acquire. In a way, it's good Pullipstyle no longer gets the minis as they become available since I don't spend as much each month. On the other hand, I miss my mini fix on a monthly basis. This go round I waffled between the Lans and Cornice & Raphia. Okay, I also briefly debated snagging R to go with Cornice & Raphia, but I didn't. So there.
I'm thinking Calfy there should be twinned, and Principessa will be in triplicate. Even if she's hideous, which is always a possibility for the blonde minis.
This is my equivilant of counting sheep.
