Survived another night at work. I've gotta say that with the store being closed from 10-6, it made work a little weird, as the only people I rang up last night were employees. o_O It appears that with our 9th robbery, the suits decided to get us a security guard. Seems he'll be there from 7:30PM-12:30am, and we'll continue to close at 12AM. And by close, I mean the pharmacy drive thru is still open, and if it can fit through their little drawer thingie, you can buy it. Granted, you'll run the risk of someone yelling out whatever you need on the loud speaker, but really, who cares? We're only laughing at you. Honest. Annnnnnywho, I don't know how long this will last, but I do know that apparently big boss was not thrilled at the nightshift running away screaming last night [well, Wed/Thurs]. I also know that the night shift did not give a damn. :P

Still chugging through The Whorelequin. I thought Sylvie was a lesbian? Huh.

Might've had more to say, but I forgot. Cuz I'm old or something. Remind me that hellish bridal shopping is to be done August 5th. *twitches and DIES*

Two hours of customers and then it's either revamp the store [yay!] or spend the next six hours [or first six hours, whichever start time] cleaning/facing/wishing I could tear my hair out. The facing wouldn't be so bad if it weren't a) six hours long and b) so expected that if it isn't perfect by the time big boss man comes in, he throws a hissy fit, even if it was a revamp the store night. He missed the memo that apparently went around the store that decreed, "Since we're not open at night, third shift has nothing better to do, so don't put stuff away, don't face, and bonus points if you can screw up an entire section of the store without any assistants noticing before you run away."

Meh. But mostly fantastical. Except for the facing. I have the attention span of a gnat.
