impyDamn you, TFAW. Damn you and your nick & dent sales! I'm usually able to abstain, but you had both of the Buffy Omnibus collections and I... I am weak.
Once upon a time there was the Alice rule. The Alice rule is simple: You cannot spend more than you spent on Alice for a single doll. Two exceptions were made for Alice, with a halfsie as well. Purezza was the first, Noir was the second, and Moon is the halfsie. As I want her half the time and don't the other half. Anyway, I've all but given up the ghost for Noir. She's lovely, I adore her bear, and it kills me that you don't see her photographed enough, but I'm not going to sit there and stalk everyone who has one in the hopes they'll tire of her. And I've had a few chances to buy Purezza [any of them, really, though I prefer the type 2s] and each time I decided not to at the last second. Mainly because it would involve breaking the Alice rule, even though she was the first and only real exception to it. I get twitchy when it comes to shelling out over $100 for 'em prior to shipping.
However, if all goes as planned, I might get my mitts on Purezza soon. :D I know, I know, JP's done brown eyed brunettes to death, but I love her something fierce. I think it's because she reminds me of Lila Fowler, only the nicer not quite as psychotically bitchy [in a bad way, not the good way] Lila that would occasionally pop up. But not only might she appear in the army, but it would be without breaking the Alice rule.
Point is, Purezza! Mebbe. Hopefully. :)
Couple of things.
1) Flickr is fun to fidget with. Is why those pictures above were finally cut down to size.
2) I do not do well without sleep. I do even worse with interrupted sleep.
3) Purezza is MINE! :D *dances around like a loon* Mine, mine, miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine. And it didn't even break the Alice rule.
