Weird. I haven't a clue what cancer they're talking about, but it's not me. Still, better than the usual "something will go horribly, horribly wrong today. Just hide in bed" kind of deals I usually get. :p
Know what's not fun? Trying to choose between Jake & Angel. [Jake 2.0 and Angel the series to clear up possible confusion] This was further complicated by Kali hiding in my room and I wasn't allowed to swipe the livingroom TV until I had attempted to retrieve her. This did not work since she didn't want to be retrieved. And then I had to deal with Angel [the dog] trying to eat every cat she saw. *grumble*
So, I'm happily watching Angel [the show] and liking Harmony [and those who don't can... you know, not like her. works for me] and Gunn, and the phone begins to ring. Every two minutes. Like clockwork. Seriously. At the commercials I check to see what calls were missed, and they're all from the same three numbers. They all seem to call in this weird cycle. One of them is my nephew's mother [that sounds so... weird] and I know she and my brother are fighting, but Jesus. For 45 minutes straight, she called off and on. Very hard to concentrate on Angel [the dog and the show] with the phone going off.
And then I got to take the trash out, despite the fact that the brother moved back in and his friend never moved out. But woe is me. Dishes, dinner, and the dog walking too!
I'm not a chores kinda gal. :p
