If I'm lonely and unhappy about the current date and what it means, offering to drink my whiskey for me with your beloved will not help. It will only make me want to smash something. I might want to see the missing episodes of Supernatural, but I don't want to be around a couple right now. I really, really, really don't. Nor do I want to share my alcohol any more than I already have.
