  Ummm... We've got the easy answer, which is their European adventure, but I'm going to go with the BSC in the USA. It came out enough after my time with the club that I have no nostalgia to cushion the blow of "WTF is going on?" I don't remember a blasted thing about it other than I spent a lot of time irked. Oh, and Jessi thinks Mal is racist. *facepalm* Points are given for a nifty holofoil cover as well as Dawn and Stacey not being interchangeable. In fact, I give this cover two thumbs up. It's the rest of the book I'm meh about.

So... my Toralei arrived Monday. It was awesome. She's actually really pretty in person and kind of the inverse of Abbey in that I like Abbey more because I like Abbey the character than I do her doll. Toralei's character is still up in the air for me, but her doll is just as pretty as everyone says. Weird.


I loathe scarves like that. So mine lost hers quickly. But hold on...


Hrmm. Sweet Fang, you're so cute but... something isn't quite right...


My Sweet Fang is missing her scarf! :( I wouldn't mind missing Toralei's but Sweet Fang was gonna be a caped crusader! Also, her neck looks weird without it.

No deboxed pics because my memory card wasn't the almost empty one like I thought. Instead it was almost full. WOE.

When you get your Toralei, if she's like mine, you'll find her tail will pop off at the slightest provocation. Uncool. On the other hand, as the crotch shot courtesy of picklepud (there's something you don't say every day, huh?) shows, her legs are far sturdier. Considering how loose GB Frankie and Draculaura are, this is a blessing. I really hope they're switching everyone over because hey. Then if they sit down for awhile they won't be impossible to stand afterwards. Yay!

Regarding her tail, the ball pin that goes in her back, just make the groove around the ball more defined and her tail will click into place better.
