Checked my bank balance. It's still holding steady at "use me to pay the credit card bill, woman" annnnnd then I checked the pending check for tomorrow and I forgot that it's holiday pay!

This totally makes up for the 2 hours I just spent virtual shoe shopping that ended in "I will never find anything I like ever again!"

Holiday pay. *rubs hands together in fiendish glee*

And wiiigs! I love love love the blue-green one! I like the color of the angel blue or whatever, but I wish I'd picked a more interesting hair style for it. Pics! When I figure out where Chill got buried with the clean out of the curio cabinet. >_>

Shoes-wise, I need a pair of flats or sandals or something because I don't want to wear my work shoes all the time and my other pair of flats hasn't recovered from the brief trip to the beach awhile ago. But sandals seem to come in "glorified flip-flop" and "straps everywhere" or, if you managed to avoid those two choices, you end up in "...seriously? People walk in these?" high heel-ville. Overly strappy sandals mean weird tan lines if you brave the sun and I've still got the scars from my last pair where they began to dig in on an extended walk.
