How to render me useless in two seconds.

impyMonday I mentioned I was on a cleaning binge, yes? Followed by ponies.
I left out the part where I was slammed by a train from the ghost of boyfriends past. I should point out that I'm not pining away for any of them. But there are... issues.
I found my box with the few pictures I have of two of them. I lucked out that the biggest ex was the one with the photos. I only have a couple that I've lost. His birthday was last week and my dreams have been weird.
All that said, I didn't see the next part coming. Went to help Cass move in. Help didn't consist of much beyond crushing boxes and washing a water pitcher. As I'm doing the latter, she holds out a photo and says, "Look what I found!"
Yes. A picture of the three of us. I didn't realize such a thing existed.
The picture was folded over his face so I said something snarky... but time had pretty much erased his features from memory. Willfully forgotten but forgotten all the same.
I didn't need to see it.
On the plus side, it apparently kicked him out of my dreams. Huzzah.

Still - much, much preferable than the ghosts of boyfriends past.
