And now we look at what this stuff really looks like. If you've got questions, ask away. Not pictured: Lizbeth's bed & bedding, and Felicity's Table & Chairs.

Jess is wearing Felicity's birthday/spring gown, and Lizbeth has finally tried on her Riding Outfit. Forgive the wonkiness of the hat. Out of this fashion face off, Jess wins. Hands down.

Of course it's not really fair to have paired them off like this, but that's the luck of the draw, kiddos.

I really, really love this dress. Look! The pinafore stays up without the pins! How snazzy is that? I know, right?

And without the pinafore. There are slits in the dress so that if you've got her pockets, she can use them. The dress is pretty enough without the pinafore to wear it plain, which is always a plus.

Elizabeth's Colonel Sanders get up is so distressing she's attempting to ditch me before any further photos can be taken of it. (and this is my favorite shot of the poor thing.)

Pretty from the back.

Under the jacket you can see the top is connected to part of the skirt (the pink part) while the cream underskirt is its own entity entirely.

Bonus: Taken as Jess tried to take a header off the table. Woo!

Next we have the Tea Lesson Gowns. Nellie is wearing Elizabeth's and Cecile is wearing Felicity's. I take what I said before about not finding anyone to pull this outfit off back. Cecile looks pretty good in it. Infinitely better than she looks in her own yellow dress. Figures, I guess.

Nellie works her hardest to make this outfit work the way it should and... yeah. It doesn't quite work for me and I'm not sure why. *shrug*

Without the fichu, which is just fun to type. The cross is Nellie's, not Lizbeth's.

Fichu closes with hook & eye, not velcro. Huzzah!

Slippers. No socks because they won't fit under the shoes, which means somewhere someone is grinding their teeth at the historical inaccuracy of it all.

♥

I apparently failed to take a single shot of Cecile in the tea dress where Nellie wasn't also in the picture. Oops. I love this shot, though.

Without the bow from the hat obstructing the view.

Cecile doesn't actually have laser eyes, she just looks like she does. Oops.

Shoes, shown with Cecile's own socks.

Hat!porn, and I'm not even big on hats.

This is to show you that Lizbeth's gown takes the easy way out and doesn't have the apron as a removable piece.

Lizbeth stuff! Kirsten's necklace is her own while Sonali is wearing Lizbeth's pearl necklace.

Sonali takes on Lizbeth's Meet Outfit, minus the cap because that's gone missing.

Simple shoes are simple.

Lizbeth's nightgown. Woo? Kirsten looks cuter in the photos than in reality, but the nightgown itself is very cute.

Slippers! St. Lizbeth of the pink has pretty much all pink shoes.

Felicity's gowns as modeled by HTA (#8), Felicity, and Kanani.

See how HTA swims in the gown. SEE IT.

HTA and Felicity aren't twins, they merely look like it. Or something.

Pinner cap. Ooh. Ahh.

Holiday shoes. Proving that Lizbeth's Meet Outfit is really ripped off of this one, shoes and all. Only this one has two stomachers and Lizbeth's is all one piece. Oh noes!

Kanani wears the lavender gown. Ooh. Ahh.

Compared with the original gown. Ooh. Ahh, again. Also, why is that blasted cap now stuck being only worn with this outfit? WHY?

I despise chokers.

Felicity herself!

Back of gown.

Nani watches on. Both gowns, btw, have slits for the pockets.

With more company.

Shoes. Forever 'pressed that the shoes are no longer single lasted. :(

Ivy shows off the cloak and also Felicity's bag.

Without the cloak. This dress was made by Terri's Touch and I love it to freakish amounts.

Not the least of which is because of the sleeves and the lack of tacky lace.

Meh picture of both Ruthie and Ivy.

Ruthie is wearing an outfit made by Aloha Girl Doll Clothes, and it's another favorite.

Again, lack of tacky lace! :D

Pretty sure it says something about the end of the collection when my favorite bits, aside from one, are not official items. *cough*

Mini!Felicity and Lizbeth's doll, Charlotte.

Comparing the two fabrics in the Meet Gown. Mini!Lyssie is from 1995, when they first came out with the minis.

Charlotte.

Charlotte's gown.

Felicity's bit from her accessories. I know myself well enough to know I'd lose it if I took it out of it's packaging. :P

Bag and hankie.

Hankie and drawstring bag.

Felicity's garters.

And the back.

Made With Love For Lyssie 1774.

Lizbeth's fan. No strings attached, which is weird for me.

Date: 2012-10-16 04:53 pm (UTC)Sonali and Jess are Girls of the Year. Sonali was the best friend to 2009's Chrissa (that year they had one GotY and two best friends, also only available for one year) that tanked and tanked badly. Jess is the GotY for 2006.
