impyThought I'd make myself a quick little checklist of Grace things I want to buy next year. Not including the books because those are obvious. And I'm a little sad to know we won't be getting illustrations in them. I don't get AG. They are clearly trying to have their cake and eat it, too, with the fact that the dolls are being given to younger and younger kids while the books are being aged up with the lack of illustrations.
I guess I am officially old.
Anyway. The yes pile:
Grace, her Meet accessories, pajamas, dog, travel coat, City/Love outfit, fancy party dress, and that baking set. Baking set probably won't come home til free shipping but they're all on the yes side unless something happens.
Maybe stuff includes her Welcome Accessories, that odd outfit, and maybe her luggage. Because one never knows. All would be yeses on sale, btw.
The no's aren't pictured because I'm lazy, but no to the bakery, the cart, and the cafe scene. They're all too expensive or too bulky.
Still need info on her earrings.
Found the start of Sweet Valley fic this morning. I have no idea where I was going with it. No idea what to do with it, which is a shame because as I was reading what little I had, I was thinking, "Ooh, what happens next? Aw man, really, past!me? Really?"

I feel you on old fic snippets. I want to write ALL THE THINGS and yet have no story or prompt jumping up to grab my attention. I go back and read some of my old stuff and pine for the ability to write like that again, LOL.
