A haunting I will go...

impyToday I'm going Halloween hunting.
First up, I need to choose between my Evie and Carlos two-packs and then return the other one to TRU. Naturally one pack has a stunning Evie and a Carlos who is a bit cross eyed and the other has an awesome Carlos and a perpetually surprised Evie. I'm planning, at the moment, to return surprised Evie's pack because Carlos is cute enough in either form and my Sig Evie isn't cute enough to carry the burden of being the Fairest alone.
So, since I'll be in North Charleston, I'm trying to stop at Michael's and AC Moore out there. I'm debating trying to fit in a Yankee Candle stop since a) I've never been and b) I didn't even know the mall out there had one. It's not likely I'd be able to buy anything but I do like to look at things. Or maybe I'll stop by the B&BW at Citadel to see their new stuff since I can, in theory, leave Mums at Target while I head to B&BW and then I'll save YC for a Cass trip? Decisions, really.
It's weird being excited for the best season of all alone this year. Usually by now, Cass and I have begun plotting trips to craft stores together and have plans to blow the last of a paycheck somewhere, and we're comparing notes on where the best place to buy purple lights might be, or whether it's too early to try and find where the Spirit Halloween store's gonna set up shop.
This year? Nada.
Sigh.

Date: 2015-08-03 06:55 pm (UTC)Doll wise, I'm liking them more than I thought I would. I like just about all of them (Ben and Jay are both... special. Ben I can live without, I think, but I like Jay as a character so much that I'm gonna wind up with that doll) though I wish Jane looked like her actress. At all. Even a little. Audrey's a really cute doll but a heinous bitch so it'll take some time to decide if I can overcome it. (I saw her in TRU when I did my return. She really is cute!) And Lonnie is gorgeous. I wants!
If you wanted book or movie wise, that's a different can of worms. ;)
