impyIf you ever needed proof that no one gets Boomerang, let's just look at the DC Superhero Girls movie. Aired on Boomerang eons ago (March 19th) and did it show up easily on any sites that deal in such matters? Not really.
Airs on Cartoon Network Monday and immediately went up. I wouldn't even really mind that much about Boomerang getting first dibs except then they started the new season of webisodes that take place after the movie. Not cool, guys. Not cool.
In any case, I watched the special this morning. It was cute. I love me some Babs and Supergirl was adorable. I like that they didn't really linger on the Wondy jealousy/worry angle and Harley was amusing. I'm doubly pleased that my Batgirl/Supergirl duo hanging out on my bookcase is show accurate. :D
Now. I just wish these were available everywhere (so I can finish my first wave) and we could get that second wave.
Also, I would very much like to find the MH minis in store.
Oh, and if the Weather Channel could stop predicting rain and then shrieking, "sucker!" and changing the forecast to obnoxiously sunny, that'd be great. It worked out okay for Tuesday, where I think it might have actually rained in the evening (I passed out somewhere after 6pm because I'd been up since the day before) but yesterday when I was supposed to get rain all day? SUN. Meh. And today is set to be the same. Siiiiiiiiiiiigh.
Remind me to hit Target and grab that Elissabat and Jane from the... whatever weird line that is.

And targets site is so weird. Every day they change things around from being in store only or avail online then back again. Which ones are you still missing? We have tons of bee here. Poor black girl dolls. :( Always ignored around here. Ugh that expensive fashionista was gone suddenly too.

Date: 2016-06-03 08:02 pm (UTC)I lack Bee and Wondy. Bee's either selling decently at my Target or people are taking her and hiding her. I was pleasantly surprised. I think they're actually due to be available elsewhere this summer. Maybe this month? I swear I read that somewhere. I do know my Target basically clearanced everything that wasn't the dolls and maybe the action figures because the other stuff did not move even a little.

Though looks like the price went down since I last looked, so I guess she's not that special after all.
Ours just went through remodeling, so a lot of stuff disappeared. Was disappointed more toys didn't go on clearance, though. Wow, that's crazy. We have so many that I swear they got more cases in, even though I never saw anymore of the other girls appear.
