Oh come on, universe!
Jun. 11th, 2016 12:05 pmToday is clearly an are you kidding me day. First I am woken up at the ass crack of dawn to take the dog for a walk. Which wasn't bad, really, except for the part where I felt like crap and hadn't gone to sleep til 2am anyway. But there were ducklings(!!!) and it was probably the coolest it'll be all weekend.
Second the post office was open for like an hour and a half. Which means the PBS book they're messing with me about is still there because Mums didn't get up til after eleven. Part of this is my fault for not checking the closing time but still, had the universe awakened when I wanted them to, I'd have been through all my stops before...
Third. ( tmi, love. tmi. )
BAH.
So I'm trying to tell myself that I didn't need a trip there anyway, but for crying out loud, I've spent the last two weekends trying to put together plans and they've all fallen through. I'd go on but I'm clearly not in the best mood right now so I'll end with this.
Finally, the button on my jeans went flying off. I have another pair of jeans but I kind of hate them and wish I'd returned them when I had the chance. Sigh.
